TransGender Michigan provides the following services for the transgender communities of Michigan:
- Do you need someone to talk to? Do you wish you could talk to another transgender person. A full time Help Line is here.
- Work with other organizations to provide advocacy for transgender issues.
- Host a number of Community Building Events.

- The TransGender Michigan TransPages state-wide directory of resources for the transgender communities of Michigan.

November 20 is Transgender Day of Remembrance, a day to honor those who died because they were perceived to be transgender.
